Female Caucasian , 59 y.o Pain in the left shoulder the last 3 years.
Aggravation the last 6 months, but no night pain.
Differential Diagnosis
Female Caucasian , 59 y.o Menopause 6 years ago , treated with hormonal therapy until last month. Bisphosphonate therapy until today.
Pain in the left shoulder the last 3 years.
Aggravation the last 6 months, but no night pain. Pain related with movements.
No other signs of systemic disease.
She was treated with NSAID and now she feels better.
She has a normal ROM and on a Rx appears this image in the capital-subcapital area.
What is your opinion and the next step of the investigation?
Is this an enchondroma?
